Very rude staff especially on reception, very unhelpful and a couple of the doctors have been very rude too
You can no longer book appointments for the day. There is an open surgery every morning so you sit and wait for hours and see the doctor which seems rather counterproductive. That said the doctors, nurses and admin staff are all really nice and it's clean and tidy with free parking. Would ve nice to have same day appointments again.
