Not a deluxe holiday home. If you don't mind sharing bedrooms then this is the place for you. One room had a double bed but the other rooms had sets of bunk beds as well as the double bed. This was perfectly fine for us as we are family. The dining room and extended kitchen were fine but there was only a normal sized cooker. There was plenty of crockery etc. but we had to go out and buy basics right away.The caretakers were very good. When they were contacted they came round to fix the issue right away and went way beyond what was expected with no complaint. I would be happy to return if we ever had a large family break again.
This company is a sham. We booked a cottage for Christmas for a family of 8, only for our calls and messages to be ignored for months and given a number of excuses as to why nobody was available to talk to us. Eventually we found out the company was no longer allowed to market the property, however it was only when we threatened to report them, months later, that they told us this. At this point it was too late to find anywhere else to stay as it's too close to Christmas to book somewhere else. If you want a company that takes care of their customers and are trustworthy, this is not it. Extremely disappointing.
